The Stationery Award is presented each year to a high-achieving Year 13 student. The choice of student is made by the staff and recognises the hard work and academic achievement of the student. Here’s some information about Sophia:

  • Māori Kahui (Prefect for 2025)
  • First Place in Te Reo Māori Level 3 this year
  • Recipient of a Māori Entrance Scholarship – in recognition of her academic excellence and engagement in Te Ao Māori.

Last year she achieved: First Place Equal in Te Ao Haka and First Place in Te Reo Māori Level 2

Sophie has been accepted into the halls of residence at Otago University and so it is very likely she will go there.
